Comfort Hotel Borsparken - Oslo

Its location was indeed great and unbeatable and only 5 minutes walk from Karl Johans gate Street. A train station was next to our hotel. All of the staff was willing to help. We enjoyed quiet and airy room, the twin bed was exceptionally comfortable.

This was a fine stay during Oslo visit. All the stuff where efficient, amicable. The breakfast was reasonably priced and savoury and included eggs and bacon.

This hotel boasts a stellar location just a stone's throw from iconic landmarks like the Opera House. The breakfast spread is excellent, offering a rich variety. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready with great local tips. A small detail-rooms can feel a bit cramped for larger luggage, but the comfort makes it worthwhile.

The personnel is lovely. Fairly quiet rooms with double bed are accompanied by exceptional service.

The breakfast was great - there was everything from a hot and cold buffet what you need and delicious fresh fruit. The location is also very good. You can walk in the evening and there are good bus connections.

More attention could be paid to cleanliness. Especially the carpets look very old and dirty.

Not good that you can only pay more with cards, better would be to pay also with money

Only pay by card . Older people don't get these things.

The breakfast was top, the location was also very good!

The mattress was too soft and already had a hollow in the middle, the toilet flush was running day and night, after showering the floor of the bathroom was wet, the heating was not set warm enough, the windows could not be opened, more transparency which amount of money is "donated" to Unicef if the rooms are not cleaned

In fact they are renovating the hotel and probably will be fantastic, but the price it is too much in my opinion and the breakfast ins't perfect.

The breakfast and the price is it expensive if you compare with others similar categories hotels, that's why I stay just one night there and change to the other Confort Inn Xpress located in Oslo, close where I was, but for my surprise there it was terrible no breakfast included in the price 680k and no change towels and clean rooms during my stay....in fact it was worse.;

It may not so safe around the Hotel. We saw a syringe with the needle containing blood in it near to the Hotel!

Staff was exceptionally helpful and pleasant, breakfast was excellent, location was perfect, near train station, walkable to many sites we wanted to see. Room was clean and up-to-date. Coffee all day was nice.

Room and bathroom were a bit small.
